Weekly Summer Walk with the Health Department

The Rutherford Health Department in collaboration with Mid-Bergen Regional Health Commission is excited to promote our Summer Walking Program at Tryon Field! “Walk This Way, Rutherford!” See attached flyer.

Join us for a weekly community walk and enjoy fresh air, light exercise, and time with neighbors. This program is open to residents and friends of all ages and fitness levels who want to stay active and support a healthier Rutherford.
