The Borough Administrator is the liaison between the Mayor and Council and the Departments, various municipal boards, agencies and its professional services. The Administrator is responsible for the coordination of intradepartmental operations and manage the day-to-day operations of Borough Hall by coordination and supervising the activities of all employees. Shall be responsible for the overall supervision and maintenance of real property owned by the Borough. This position is responsible for the preparation of the operating and capital improvement budgets by working with the Department Heads and thoroughly reviewing the requested submissions and making recommendations to the Governing Body. The Administrator shall make recommendations that will increase the efficiency in the operations of the Borough. Review daily any complaints concerning the functions and obligations of the Borough made by any of its residents and shall have a record of any complaints.
