First quarter property taxes are due February 1st with a grace period to February 10th (end of business day). Payments can be made via US mail, the drop box located to the left of the Donaldson Avenue entrance of Borough Hall, or the online portal through the Borough website.

Who is eligible for the ANCHOR program?

ANCHOR eligibility is as follows:

• Homeowners with income of $150,000 or less will receive $1,500.

• Homeowners with income of more than $150,000 and up to $250,000 will receive $1,000.

• Renters with income of $150,000 or less will receive $450.
